Wedding day coordination
Are you a pro at organizing and making to-do lists? Do you know exactly what you want for your wedding and want to take care of it yourself? Then great! On your wedding day, however, you’ll be far too busy to enjoy the moment and your loved ones: that’s where I come in!
I propose to leave the search for suppliers and the organization of your wedding to you, and I’ll step in a few weeks before the big day to prepare the coordination.
What is wedding day coordination anyway?
Here, you’re the one who looks for your suppliers, validates quotes, makes appointments and visits, manages your payments… and I come to your rescue around 3 months before your wedding to take over so you can relax and prepare serenely for the big day.
Among other things, I’ll take care of planning the day and coordinating your suppliers to ensure a smooth wedding. I’m sure you’d prefer to enjoy your loved ones and your other half on the big day, rather than greeting your suppliers or answering their questions, so I’ll be their main point of contact for any queries they may have.
My tasks:
• Takeover of logistics and coordination of service providers 2 to 3 months before the event
• Technical visit of the venue
• Contact with key people
• Creation of roadmaps for each service provider and wedding day tools
• Liaison between family and suppliers to avoid any surprises
• Presence on wedding day (the day before and the day after if necessary)
• Welcoming guests and suppliers
• Follow-up of planning
• Entertainment management

I’ll be your support on your wedding day, making sure that all your preparations come to life and that your wedding goes off without a hitch. I’ll be the point of contact for your loved ones and suppliers, whatever the need, so that you can enjoy your day 100%.
